Shortly after giving birth, I had a deep calling to balance and soothe my Root Chakra. I had worked with my Chakras before and have studied them plenty. However, this time I would dive in to each Chakra and work through it until it felt balanced. I nourished my Chakras one by one with foods, journaling, sounds and smells and restored the balance within. It was a beautiful experience that helped me attune to my body, connect and listen. From this space the workshop was created.
