Family and Systemic Constellations is soul work. It helps individuals liberate themselves from entanglements in the system that do not serve. This work reveals patterns that we are subconsciously repeating for generations. It allows those who participate to release the burdens that do not belong. This work is for those who feel lost, trapped, stuck, and are in search of transformation. It helps connect to the power of your ancestors.
WHAT IS FAMILY & SYSTEMIC CONSTELLATIONS?
Family & Systemic Constellations was developed by Bert Hellinger, a German psychotherapist and psychoanalyst. Much of the work was influenced by Hellinger’s time spent with the Zulu peoples, their beliefs and practices as well as cognitive, behavior, psychotherapy, gestalt, Virginia Satir's family sculpting, and family systems. As we know and practice Constellations today (as my mentor always says), it is an alternative form of therapy and life practice.
This group healing experience reveals the hidden dynamics at play, ultimately leading to meaningful transformations. The process is intuitive, allowing individuals to connect with their authenticity, inner wisdom, and the soul force that lays the groundwork for change.
Family Constellation Therapy delves into the unseen dynamics and emotional entanglements within families to promote healing and understanding. It uncovers subconscious influences that impact current relationships and behaviors. By revealing these patterns, individuals can gain valuable insights that pave the way for personal growth and enhanced family harmony.
HOW DOES FAMILY & SYSTEMIC CONSTELLATION WORK?
The work happens in a group in a circle of which the center is called “the field”- this is where the movements happen. A “seeker” , a person with a specific issue coming with a question to the facilitator to listen to the field, sets up the system with “representatives” (these are the chosen out of the participants of the circle). The representatives are felt in and begin to move organically. From here we listen to the field and follow the movements towards a resolution.
Please note that while participation is highly encouraged during the workshop, you are not obligated to engage in a constellation to attend. It is recommended that you attend at least two (2) constellations prior to setting up your own. Each workshop will consist of two constellations. Once those two seeker spots are taken only participant spots will be available.
